Yes, when dealing with listing aggregation sites such as Zillow, these types of problems are not uncommon, because Zillow is dependent upon this information being sourced from lots of different places (which are many times inaccurate or outdated). For the most accurate and up-to-date information on Baton Rouge area real estate I would recommend going to the source -- checking out http://mls.gbrar.com which is the public website built directly on the local MLS's live database and provides real-time access to local listing information.

The information in the Greater Baton Rouge MLS shows that the home was closed (sold) on 12/17/2010. I do not see any active listing for that address.

Is the follwowing MLS listing back on the market or is this a system error?
