I have seen investor gut out the mold, remediate and refinish the homes in 4-6 weeks. As per MLS the home is under contract, but if you are under contract with a property you know had mold do a test.

Is the mold really gone?
Be very cautious with this one buyers. We went looked at this in November when the bank listed it. Downstairs needed to be gutted including most walls from the mold growth. Seemed to be from something flooding in the bath down there. Spacious but was filthy and in worse than poor condition. Don't know that less than 2 months after closing someone could flip this and cover all issues.
