What does that mean?  Did the owners paid off their loans or they filed against the bank on the Notice of Rescission?

The Notice of Rescission is not right, because these owners have spent their borrowed money, buying new cars, sending their daughter to private school, and going on a long period of vacation.  The bank or the court must invalidate the Notice of Rescission filed by the owners.  :( :( 3:)
