It's hard to tell, even from the MLS Remarks&Photos but here are the remarks:

My guess (total guess) is that it is a bdrm. Or possibly a FROG (Family Room Over Garage - no closet). There is an HOA and the fee's are $100 per quarter ($400 yr) and is managed by Hawthorne Group who can be contacted at 704-377-0114
