Is there a company in Jacksonville who does rent to own properties?

My credit is not the best at the moment and I don't have the funds for a large down payment.  Is there a company in Jacksonville that offers rent to own?

My advice is not to go that route.  Get with a good lender to see exactly what you need to do to qualify for a mortgage and they may recommend a good credit repair agency.  (And don't pay anyone for that service.  There are non-profit groups that do that kind of thing.)

Then just wait.  While you are waiting, prices may drop even further.  Interest rates may come down.  You may have more choices when you are ready and able to buy.

Properties that are forced to go rent-to-own are often times losers that no one else wanted.  Don't lock yourself into something because it's all you can do when in a matter of months you may have many other choices.
