Is there a contact phone number for somebody in customer service?

We have been in contact with Sara Bonert about a listing that is showing up on Yahoo Real Estate-  8435 SR 747, Somerset Ohio. It was originally listed on your site- and fed to Yahoo. It is my understanding that Yahoo-Zillow have now combined their real estate services and the feeds would be corrected as of Feb 4th, 2011. The listing has been removed from ZIlow, however, NOT from Yahoo, and we have a VERY upset homeowner that has threatened legal action for false advertisement.   (This listing SOLD over a year ago and is listed as an ACTIVE NEW LISTING on Yahoo!)  Our web designer has removed feeds, we have completely disconnected all of our listings from yahoo/zillow through listhub. Our MLS system has been contacted (the listing is even sold on the MLS!)  This is EXTREMELY frusturatating that there is not a phone number where I can speak to somebody on the phone, and I am still being told that the it will be "resolved shortly".... it has now been 22 days! Please let me know something in reference to this listing and it being removed immediately. Thank you for your cooperation.

I tried this number...The customer support number only gives you other email addresses and websites to visit. It disconnects you and does not give an option to speak with customer services, or leave a message.
