Zillow charges $39.95 for manually inputting listings on their site.
If you want to do it for free, use a website like postlets.com
Just make sure you set up your postlets account with the same email address as your zillow account. This will allow you to edit the listings once they appear on zillow.
Once you input the listing on postlets, it will take a couple of days for them to appear.

The $40 is so worth it when you list a home. It's a one time fee not a monthly charge. You have to remember to change the price too if you have a price reduction and to remove it once it sells.
