Within the last year homes sold in this area with 3 beds, 2 baths with 1600 sq ft sold for between $197,000 and $229,000. This price is high for the area. It would be difficult to get it appraised for that amount, thus making it very difficult to get financing. I have a list of other homes in the area.

Parts of the basement are finished. I don't currently have any pictures. It is priced at 300K because that is what it would take to make me move in this market. I know it is a big long shot at this price and at this price it would only make sense to someone who really wants to live in Brentwood.
Is there a finished basement? Do you have pictures? Why price more than surrounding homes?
