If you want to refinance, go to a small local lender, He/She may do a roughly estimate before they go further on the paper work to ensure that you won't lose your money if your home value is not enough for the refinancing, it is not guaranteed however.

No, they don't have appraisals, but Zillow does have past sales prices and a Zestimate for many houses. There is more information about Zestimates here.
