Is there a lender in Greenville, SC who can make a conventional loan with 30 days of seasoned funds?

Buyer wants to purchase a home in Greenville for $300,000 with 5% down. Parent contributed $4000 to buyer's savings account on November 29th. Buyer wants to close on home at end of January or by mid-February. A Lender says funds have to be seasoned for 60 days. Buyer is a graduate of USC Law, an employed attorney, high credit score, absolutely no debt, income is more than sufficient.

If your buyer can contribute at least 3% or $9000 the remaining 2% or $6000 can be a gift and the seasoning of funds isn't relevant.
