Yes! the T section homes are tougher to see but price the a factor also.

It is for some people. It is not good "Feng Shui". A car could not see the end of the street and plow into the house. Headlights from cars could also be bothersome.

If the property is situated at the top of the "T" there could be if headlights will shine into the property.  Ultimately it will be up to you to decide if it is a negative factor.
