I have to agree with the previous post, the updates of aerials is so unpredictable! If you claim your home and load additional photos one of the photos could be an aerial photo from another site. Save the image on your computer as a photo and post as an additional picture if it is important to you! I hope this helps! Sorry, there really isn;t more that can be done!

Aerial photos (as well as the street view and satellite photo) come from third party data providers and updates on the data provider's time schedule. The frequency of update appears to be variable from neighborhood to neighborhood. I've noticed one neighborhood was recently updated after having aerial photos that were about 7 years old. My neighborhood is still on pictures that five or six years old.
But, it isn't without hope. You can claim your home and upload your recent photos.
