If you are working with a realtor they can show you the property and can also ask the seller to provide the sellers disclosure. If they house has been vandalized, the owner must disclose this to all potential buyers. There are a few exceptions to the sellers disclosure though, if this is a bank owned property or it is being sold by an estate then there probably will not be a disclosure.
