Here is the FHA Condo Look Up.  For approval method, you will use pre HRAP/DELRAP.  With all FHA case numbers assigened after 10/1/09, all condos will have to be re-approved.  If case number is 10/1 or later, select HRAP/DELRAP as method of approval.

Just click in the zip code and you will have everything on the approved list.

Well, the name of the complex is Pine Island Villas in Plantation FL, but on zip realty they have it listed as condo/townhome under type.

Are the townhouses listed as condominiums?

If not, then don't worry about it.  Townhome developments and PUDs do not need FHA approval

If its a townhouse condo, then it will need to be approved by HUD.
