If you are interested in the Zestimate history, you can open the home details page for the property of interest and scroll down to the Zestimate graph. Of course, a Zestimate is only a starting point for comparison of properties.

Your local REA can advise you if the values of the properties in your neighborhoods are declining, rising or stabilizing. When we prepare CMA (comparative market analysis)s we go back 3-6 months, so do appraisers. Based on the sales activity, we determine the approximate value of the property. Only additional sales (fe. for every 3 months) may indicate if the values has changed drastically ( I think we have this period of "crazy" values-that values were changing not even monthly but weekly) behind us.
