Yes there is. Make sure you are logged on to the site. Find the home's detail page on the site. In the left hand column, click "tell us its for sale". You will have the opportunity to say that you are the listing agent and provide your contact information.
If the owner has posted it as being 'for sale by owner" if your listings are being sent to us via a feed, this override should automatically happen. If you are trying to upload your listings manually, you should ask that the owner remove his home as being posted as such.
Is there a way to post a home for sale if the owner already claimed it?
