Is there a way to update home information

we live at 8519 kirkwood La North, and we upgraded our house when we purchased it to include a sunpoarch, and then again after we purchased it to include a finished basement with an extra bedroom (5 rooms total now) and bathroom.  Is there a way to update our information to show 3400 finished sqaure feet, with 3.5 baths.

Yes, you can.  I've done this for my own home.  Start by typing in the address of your property on the home page.  On the bar just above where you type in your address make sure to click on all homes (rather than for sale or for rent).  Then your home should come up make sure the address is correct.  On the bar just below the top bar click "correct home facts".  You will then either have to create an account or sign in as your account.  You then need to claim ownership and click on your name which should pop up.  Click continue and then add in all of the upgrades you've added to your home.  Zillow with then have a new zestimate for your home.  Please let me know if there's any questions you have or anything further you need help with!

Yes, if one claims their home on Zillow you can update home facts.  Here's a link to the Zillow help center.

Please be aware that the square footage showing for a home is the above grade finished living area with air/heating (as appropriate).   Finished basements are not shown in the total but are called out separately.
