Is there any chance of getting a loan now that we filed Chapter 7 last year? Any bank/govt agencies?

Probably not, but there are soooo many loan programs out there that you need to speak with a few lenders to see. My web site ahs some lender references.

You need to sit down with a lender and go through your current finances. What you don't want is to be putting any personal information here on public boards which means answering personal questions about your situation. There are some incredible lenders here on Zillow who frequently answer questions or pull down the professionals tab and look for a local one and email them. Best of luck to you.
