There are lenders claiming they do...probably doesn't help, though.

I'm afraid not at this point.  The credit markets have really tightened up.

No .  At least not ethical ones with an interest rate that would be competitive.

What steps are you taking to get it up to >640?   Focus on this first.

If you have a 546 I assume you do not have enough money for a LARGE down payment to get a loan. If you had lots of money you would not have a 546 score.....right? Right.

The Buyers I work with on the cusp (546 is a bit away from cusp) take a little work and time. If you have credit, you will need to be taught how to fix and manage it. If you have no credit, you will be need to be taught how to get it.

Gotta start somewhere though.
