Is there any way to edit the zestimate information?

I feel this estimate is low for my neighborhood, the current real estate prices and the current value of my home.

Yes, correct the:
1) Sqft
2) Lot Size
3) #bedrms
4) #bathrooms
5) #stories
6) type of property
7) location on the map
8) Covered parking

Also, flag the tax assessed value/tax amount if not correct
and the last sold price (& date) if not correct

New estimates are calculated nominally 3 times a week, and the edited data will impact the estimates slowly over about 2 months.

You can also look up all the recently sold housing units in about a one mile radius around the property, and flag any that have incorrect sales transactions recorded, or have incorrect home details data, such as lot size, sqft, #bedrms, etc.

Also, don't forget, if there is more than one home details page for a property, only one of them will have the county record data, and if one is looking at a "redundant" details page missing the county record data including the "sold" price, it is going to be using different modeling of the recently sold data, and the numbers will not be as good or as useful.  You can flag any redundant home details pages for removal, but they won't remove the one with the county records data, unless part of a major "clean up" effort, in which case it would be put right back shortly after the cleanup.

If you don't like the Zestimate showing up on the map, you can set a "make me move" and that number will show on the map instead.  That number can be anything you like.
