I would be one of those nice agents that can do a mini CMA (comparative market analysis) for you to zero in on your homes value. Just shoot me a note with your address and I can E-mail it to you. Then you can decide based on the info where you want to go from there.

Zillow doesn't give appraisals or give market values, but they do have Zestimate number. You can go hereenter your address in the Find Homes box and hit the blue go button. If Zillow has one for your house, a map will come up for your area. Click on the address box to get to your home page with even more information about your neighborhood, recently sold houses and charts. Zillow adds new houses as they compil information so if you don't have a Zestimate yet, you will in the future. If you need more specific information about your house value, you can contact a local realtor for a CMA or hire and appraiser to help you. There are also nice local realtors on the board that are willing to help.
