Interesting... Zillow still shows the tax assessed value as $70,296 (for 2010; 2011 data not posted yet).
Oh, must just be a typing error; the website Edyta referenced has the same assessed value; but also lists an "appraised" value of $113,217, which is what Sunnyview posted and what was asked.
Actually, it has it abbreviated as Appr. , which could be APPROXIMATE, which is even more likely.
(Small changes in words can get us in lots of trouble).
Zillow states the "approximate" (Zestimate) value is $117.2k; so in the same ballpark.

You can contact your local tax assessor office in any given city or state and they will give that info to you. It's pulbic record. Also, try google the tax assessor office for that city or for the home you want the info on. Thank you for your question.
