Nope; there is no way to hide it. If you are using the NWMLS, it is also visible there. We do use it to make an initial assessment of how realistic and motivated a seller is. After that we rely on the conversation of a counteroffer with the seller.
I'd suggest that it is an advantage to show potential buyers that you are motivated to sell. That you have been willing to adjust your price to the value of the market and that they should come to you if they want to buy a home, or lot, or whatever you have for sale.
It doesn't mean that you have to cave to an even lower offer.

I would also not forget that many buyers out there are shopping for home that have specifically had large or many prices and/or for homes that have been on the market for a long time.

Price history means nothing, dont be fooled. Your home is worth what it is worth, regardless of price history. A buyer considers their needs and wants when submitting an offer to buy a home. I bet whoever buys your home wont even look at price history - most people dont.

OnLine,
I don't know if there is a way to hide this information on Zillow, but the same information is available to agents through the MLS. There is no way to remove that information from the MLS and all agents representing buyers will have access to it.
If I were you I wouldn't worry about the pricing history as much. The bigger concern is pricing the house correctly right now. Buyers are smart and have looked at many homes before putting pen to paper. Reassess your pricing strategy and get it priced right to sell. Otherwise you will still be having this conversation for many months to come.

No. Since that is public information, Zillow will not remove it by request. Your best bet is to claim your home, add photos if you are selling and perhaps add an owners estimate if you have remodeled or updated to show additional value on your home page.

Is there any way to hide the price history?
