Is there really a Personal level and Mortgage Level credit report? I will try to readers digest I had my lender pull my credit in December and there were some things we needed to work on. I got collections deleted from my report which when I go to TU, EQ, and EXP they are all showing gone from my credit report. I even called the CRA directly and they are showing them removed from my credit BUT when my report was ran again today after a QuickScore was done for a few of the collections (but not all of them) only the stuff we submitted with the QuickScore was updated. When I asked my lender about it she said that what she is being told is that what we see is the personal level credit report and what they pull is the mortgage level credit report and it can take up to 30 days for the personal to move to the mortgage level. Is that really true? They are not on my credit report doesn't that mean they should be gone on every level?!?!?!January 24 2014 - Kansas City00YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
