I would say yes. Take a look at the People page for the Overland Park here. More than 20% of the residents have an income of over $125,000 a year. In 2005, only bout 15% of Americans nationwide had household incomes of over 100K. Kansas is 26th in incomes nationwide with a 2005 average income of about 32K so I would guess that this is a wealthy area.
