Is this home available for purchase?

My husband and I looked at this home for sale a couple of year ago. We drove by it the other day and noticed that it was run down and vacant. Is it available through a forclosure company? Are there health concerns on the home? We were looking to move to Vermilion and like the location and layout of the home and land around it. We know it need quite a bit of work but were still wondering what the asking price would be?
