The reasonability of 200k is the matter in question. The home next door has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and sold in one weekend for 179,000.00. Good luck finding any 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in Ft. Thomas for $200K. Much less this home has 1 month roof, 1 month central air, 1 month gas furnace,1 month 80 gallon water heater. As I said, good luck.

The 350k price is the Make me Move price which is essentially what this owner would want to consider moving. The house isn't necessarily even for sale unless they get the exaggerated amount.

Is this home considered for sale? If so, are they asking $350k or a more reasonable $200k?
