According to the MLS, this property closed escrow on 9/18/2009 for $899,900. It says it was a short sales so that explains why it was on the market for so long (MLS shows 174 days.) We all know short sales are anything but short!

It is a short-sale, currently have one offer submitted to the lender. Any other offers would be back-up offers. If your not working with an agent and would like me to keep you updated on this one, send me an email.

Is this home for sale as I know it has been vacant for quite some time.
