I don't think they want to sell this house, I actually sold it to them!  The have done a great remodel on it.  But I can ask them.   If you are looking for a contemporary in that area I know of several that might want to sell.  And specialize in modern homes.  I know of a great sea ranch that needs a little updating on an acre lot in Foxcroft.  Just let me know if I can help you.
