If it comes up for rent, please let me know as soon as possible. My sister is moving back to Fairview from Michigan with her husband and 3 daughters. They are looking for a place to rent in Fairview so they can be close to the family.

To answer your question, yes the house is a rental and yes there is someone in the house right this minute. I was informed by them (my very close friends) that there maybe a layoff in the near future and it was about 90% for sure that this would take place. First thing I did was list it "FOR RENT' to protect my assets. So Everyone, but people that like to create senarios in their heads please feel free to e-mail me and when the day comes, I will contact you. I have already contacted some people. If the house does become available it will be around the first of Feb.

There is no scam involved. I am the owner of the house and I work for the government, which means I am not always in town next to a personal computer. Hey Zorkee, Guess who wont get to rent it?

I have emailed these people for days and never gotten a reply. I am beginning to think it is some kind of scam to get yu to do a "free" credit report or something like that. It is listed on craigslist, and we went by there to see it. There are definitely people still living there, but we did not want to be rude and ask the current residents any questions.
