If you are looking to contact the owner you can always knock on their door.  Phone numbers can sometimes be obtained by a reverse lookup on whitepages.com.

You can also write a letter to the seller.

I decided to wait on the market to improve in March.  The property is not sold and hasn't been viewed yet because I didn't setup the zillow account properties properly so missed the emails I was receiving.
