Is this property under the cherry hill mountain top? Does it have easement access by a pond ?

To get to the lake access, you take the road at the bottom of Cherry Hill rd named Sugar Cove rd and it winds around to 2nd road on rt which is access to lake

You get to the lake by going down Sugar Cove Rd which is at the bottom of Cherry Hill.The third drive on the right has a chain across it which every home owner has access code. That is the road where the boat ramp is

Yes this house has the best view of the mountain. You can see I-40 and you can see English Mountain on the other side. You can see Douglas lake also. Everyone has access to the lake which is down the mountain and back to the right
