@dessistarr,
The MLS shows that the home was taken off the market in November of 2009 with no further activity. A quick perusal of the listing shows that it was priced as a Short Sale at $70,000. More than likely this was a ridiculously low price to generate offers for the bank to review and no offers were ever accepted.
There is a very good chance that the bank foreclosed on this property as an alternative to short sale and that it will return it to the market priced at a value to be determined by the bank.
Feel free to visit my website at anytime if you want to search for homes that are currently listed for sale on the internet. This is a direct link to the Multiple Listing Service and is extremely accurate.
