It depends on how low your credit scores are. If they are at least above 580, then you have a chance at obtaining a loan. Some lenders can go as low as 580 when it comes to mortgages. If you are below 580, then you may want to spend some time fixing your credit. The simplest way to fix your credit is to pay off your taxes and revolving credit balance on time. There are also other important financial factors such as debt, income, expenses, assets, employment, down payment, as well as credit. The best thing for you to do is to speak with a knowledgeable lender to see if you can get started on financing a new home. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out. Good luck!

How low is low? If you are a low score and have a large down, maybe someone can help find you loan, but with no or low % down and crappy credit there are few options. It is often better to target your score for improvement which reduces your loan costs and gives you more choices.

The short answer is yes. But I encourage you to speak to an experienced Loan Officer to walk you through the process.

Yes, all cash.

However, if you are asking "is it possible to get a mortgage with a low credit score?", the answer is less clear.  Do you know your FICO scores?   Do you have documentable income?   Low debt to income ratio?   A down payment and closing costs saved up?

It is possible to purchase a home with a low credit score. My advice would be to talk to a mortgage specialist at the place where you do your banking. Generally, lenders are a little more lenient on low credit scores if you are a first time homebuyer. Further, you may also explore doing a lease-option-to-purchase, where some of the money you pay in rent could be used towards the purchase of a a home you rent.
