Hi, Are you selling your home? I'm a Realtor and list on zillow. It is a great marketing tool. If you are FSBO, you might add photos to your listing. You do live in a nice neighborhood. I have been selling homes fairly fast. Especially after the flood as victims decide to buy rather than rebuild. Let me know if you are interested in a Realtor.
