Is your home still available?

Mr. & Mrs. Sinsel,
I am writing to inquire as to the availability of your home. Is it still for sale? If so, our company offers you as a seller the ability to list your home in our local MLS without paying high commissions. You choose your commission to pay buyer agents, and you can keep your home on the MLS for up to 6 months. So why pay 6 percent commissions when you could pay as little as 1 and still get your house sold?
Our program, called Sell Your Way, allows you get a real estate sign in your yard with our name on it - no longer will house investing vultures drop by your house unexpected trying to persuade you to sell for much less than you are asking. You also receive the security of REALTOR buyer screening. Burglars often call For Sale By Owner signs to schedule "appointments" and break in when they suspect you are not home.
Our program is simple. We charge $3.00 per $1,000 of home price for 6 months of listing service. That's 90% lower than our competitors! Not only that, you can pay as little selling commission as you want; we do not require a set selling commission! We also do not charge any selling commission if you find your own buyer! If you are in the process of looking for a REALTOR, ask them if they charge you a commission during your listing period if you find the buyer. Almost all of them will unless you provide the potential buyer's name up front when you sign the listing.
Our program does have one stipulation: we require the listing fee after our listing agreement is signed and before your property is placed on the Multiple Listing Service. If you are looking for more exposure at a lower price, you should give us a call.
