Christian,
The last number I have is 1-877-661-3170, but I understand it's hard to get through using it. I would also shoot a mod an email. My guess of the three metods of contacting them on your problem, flagging the listing, calling, and sending an email to a mod, the last will net the quickest result, but I would still try all three.
To find a mod, just look around on the threads, and you'll find someone with a green Zillow badge. Click on his/her photo, and click on the "Contact Me" button. Good luck.

H LaRegina,
For your listing to show up under the city name, it has to be within the legal boundary lines. We show your home as being north of Ooltewah.
You can email me directly if you need further assistance.

Hi Rockinblu,
I'm not sure if I understand that question. But, to clarify, it doesn't matter if the listing is featured or not with regards to city boundaries. Does that help?

Rachel,
No that doesn't answer the question. My question relates to the fact that I think there's a bug in your system where some featured listings that are within the city boundary line are not showing up in a search unless the zip code is used.
Please go back to my previous post and read it, and check the listings that appear in the first link to determine if in fact the only featured listing on that page that's within the city boundary line is the 725 Portia. The page attached to the first link came up using a zip code, The page attached to the second link came up using only the city and the state. On that page the only feature listing that shows up is the 725 Portia. What happened to the other featured listings? Are they all out of the city boundary line? I really kind of doubt it.

I agree with the bug issue. My address acording the the US post office in an Ooltewah address with zip 37363 and has been for years. If I type either Zip or city my listing does not show up. It only shows on a state search and people looking for a home in Chattanooga would not search that way. I can not list a false city that the home resides in. If this can not be fixed then I may need to request a refund since the features are not working correctly.
Thank You,
Christian

Christian,
If you use the search filter "For Sale by Owner" under "Listing Type" on the left of the Ooltewah page with a zip code, it comes up. If you don't use a zip code, it doesn't.

Exactly, I would like the listing to come up with just the city as all other houses do in a search. I may need to ask for refund if this can not happen.

I think there's some confusion on listings vs. featured listings.
All listings are searched the same way. A featured listing, means this person paid to have it rise to the top of the list of all the listings in a search.
Rockiblu,
For the two links:
http://www.zillow.com/homes/Nokomis-FL-34275-_rb/
http://www.zillow.com/homes/Nokomis-FL--_rb/
The zip code search is larger than the city search.
Zip code has 595 listings, and City has 80 listings. So, 80 listings are coming up under the city of Nokomis, FL.

Rachel,
Either you are getting it, and intentionally trying to wear me out, or it's just that difficult for me to make myself clear. I'm going to do my very best to make myself as clear as possible.
With the link below, there are six "Featured Listings" using the zip code. That's using the search filters of both FSBA & FSBO with "Single Family Residence."
http://www.zillow.com/homes/Nokomis-FL-34275-_rb/
When I use the same filters, only without the zip code, as I did below, the only "Featured Listing" that comes up is the 725 Portia St. What happened to the other five "Featured Listings." Are they all out of the city's legal boundary lines, or not??? If they're all not out , why don't the ones that aren't out show up in a search without a zip code as 725 Portia St. does?

Rachel,
If a person is moving to a particular city first entry he/she will search under would be the city name. Let me just put it this way. Why is my listing not coming up in my city name that I live in and that I get my mail deliverd to and where the house sits on? I have my house listed on 3 other sites and none of them have this problem. It can be fixed or it can not, I need to know which one. If it can, then can it be fixed today? If not then how do I get my money back?

What doesn't help matters is that Zillow maps a a home's location in three different ways. Two of which they claim are "very accurate", and the third "approximate." Now given Zillow's definition of "very accurate" and "approximate" might differ from other people's definition, since there have been reports of a home location mapped in a completely different city, anyone can see a potential problem with homes being considered out of the city's boundary lines, when in fact they're not.
This makes one wonder if someone listing their home should check and correct if needed, the map location of it first. If a house is in fact listed with a incorrect map location where their home only shows up with a zip code being entered, I wonder if it's corrected later on the map after it's posted, if it will automatically eliminate the necessity for a zip code in a search?
If Zillow's not going to fix this issue by going by mailing address, I think Zillow should have a disclaimer on the posting page that simply states for the customer to verify their home's map location with a link to the video below on showing how. Actually advising the customer of the city boundary line, and zip code issue wouldn't hurt either.

ahh...Okay. I get it =)
Rockinblu, I don't know the exact answer to where they all went, because to give you an exact answer, I would have have to look up each address. Right now, my guess is..they are not in the legal city Boundaries that Zillow has.
And I like your suggestion. We DO need a disclaimer of some sort.
LaRegina, unfortunately for situations like this, the way are mapping is set up, we go by where the property is physically located. Often, (very often) the postal addres for a home is for the postal services use only. The home may physically be a few miles out of the city's legal limits.
We are working to change this, because as you stated buyers will look up the city name, not the zipcode. I would be more than happy to refund you.

The home is in Ooltewah, TN according for the 7 years we have lived there, Also according the the county tax assessors office as well. So are they wrong as well? If so your saying that 2 goverment agencies are wrong a zillow has it correct, pretty ballsy.....
Even Google maps show the address to be in ooltewah. I really think your mapping system is off or not using the correct information. Can we please just change the city on your end, I know it can be done. Or forward my case to someone who can do this..
Thank you very much. :~)

Just for the record, I know what you are saying, and I agree we need to fix the search method.
Do a search for Ooltewah, TN on Zillow. The map will come up showing yellow boundary lines for the legal city limits of Ooltewah. We show you being north of those city limits.
I"m trying to find a map online of Oolteway showing the boundary lines but can't. If you can send us one showing different boundary lines, we'd be happy to change the boundary lines we have. Alternatively we can move your home icon into the boundary lines, but it will show incorrectly on the map. Maybe a phone call would be better. You can email me directly with you number, and I can give you a call if you prefer.

Rachel,
All I can do is send you a copy of my utility bill that comes addressed Ooltewah, TN 37363 Not much more I can prove. All I know is all other online maps have it right, for some reason zillow maps if off.
