I've read the Zestimate description. I should have been more clear on my description of the valuation; lets say my zestimate is (not actually, but for this example) 100K. The "Range" (or zestimate deviation) is 20K - 180K.
I wasn't overly concerned with the zestimate when it was about what my appraisal came in at. Then for some reason, it dropped $18,600 in 30 days and the range went from +/- $15,000 to +/- 80K. I can't figure out why.
