It's possible low the estimate of a house?

I've seen the real state market going up and up. Only my father's house is going down. Is possible someone who is interested on buying lower this estimate? He knows my fathers name

The estimates have little to do with offer amount and little to do with accepted amount.  The estimates are not "appraisals".  Though there are ways to game the estimates, it would be a waste of time, and could easily get one kicked off the website.

Besides, there are plenty of other sources for AVM's, so it is not like one is going to have more influence than another.

It should be noted that a listing price can cause the estimates to go up or down... review of the data indicates approximately a 6 month phase in time period for the listed price.

Is possible someone who is interested on buying lower this estimate? He knows my fathers name...

I suppose anything is possible. ....but Im curious, WHO knows your fathers name ? Stan ? This might narrows down the culprits....

The only way someone could lower the Zestimate on a home is to claim the home and edit facts such as home size, lot size, bedrooms/bathrooms.  You can check at any time whether those are correct.
