JPB Investments SCAM - Beware REALTORS!

Got this email from a "Darryl Washington" with "JPB Investments" out of Arkansas. Needless to say that business entity is not listed on the Arkansas Sec of State website and after a phone call to "Darryl Washington with JPB Investements" *Kids screaming in the background* he stated he is in Arkansas and his "Investor" is in Connecticut. He would send me a sheet to fill out for "Luxury Short Sale Properties" of which I would send to his magical investor, whom I cannot call because he will call me.

These guys get dumber every time... get a real job!
