Hey Homer17...
Well you have yourself in a bit of a sticky situation, and you probably were not even aware. As the listing agent, Jason represents the seller. Do you want the agent of the seller "representing" your interests as well? If you don't care, then you are open to contacting Jason and having him present your offer to the bank. If, however, you want to have the representation of a Buyer's Agent, then I would encourage you to contact a Realtor with whom you are comfortable. You should discuss the issue of "procuring cause" with her/him upfront, and then move forward. As simple as it may sound, the process of a short sale transaction is typically a VERY long, frustrating and complex process. Biggest question is >>> who do you want representing your interests?

Jason is still the listing agent on this home, which is a Short Sale property. ANd yes, at this moment, it is still available (Active). Did you tour the home with Jason, or with your Realtor? Let me know if you ahve any questions or if I can be of any assistance.
Thanks!

Jason Hall had this listed for $98,000. Is it still available for that price. We did go through it.
