Jumbo loan with no downpayment

I am a physician completing my training but due to the low salary paid during training I do not have a down payment saved.  Otherwise my income would support a nonconforming loan.  Because of the mortgage meltdown it now seems the no- or low-down payment programs for jumbo loans are gone.  Anyone obtain this type of loan recently?

Go to a local bank, preferrably the one your future employer banks with. Ask your employer for an introduction call and then call or make an appointment. If there is a way, a local bank will find it. Good Luck.
