Just recently did upgrades on my house, how do we post them to see new value?

Zillow really does not take any upgrades into account.  You can claim, update as stated below but wont make a difference to the Zestimate.  It will show YOUR estimate and most home owners think their property is worth more than it is, in this market.  Zillow is a nice FREE site, but their Zestimate is not a FACT, it is just an opinion.  Looking at sold comps in Tucson AZ, I can tell you it is not accurate at all.  If you really need to know, have a local agent give you recent sold comps, and CMA or you can always pay to have your property apprasied.  Best of luck.  Spirit

Sounds like you've been working hard.   I'm still trying to get the bits of paint out of my hair from similar activities.

Zillow has a tool called "owner's estimate" that is temporarily unavailable as they revamp it.   When it returns (in a few months) it will be the perfect tool.
