Ken Vesely. The guy straight out stole my money. He told me to pay for the appraisal for two properties that he was about to fund, and the appraisal was never done. For that matter, nothing was done. The criminal case is temporarily filed in NM, with further jurisdictions taking place as needed (Case # 11004197). The properties to be funded were in TN and FL, while he himself is in NY, apparently. He was lying to me that he is going to return the money in question if we called off the investigations taking place, and obviously nothing showed up. Be Aware when dealing with this individual, as well as his company, NLD Settlements. The amount in question was $2,450, to those interested.

I am sorry that you didn't get good service from Ken.

Did you make contact with Ken Vesely on Zillow?  If so your more then welcome to post a review about him.  All you need is a Zillow loan request ID (ZR-XXXXX).
