LA County, CA - taking occupancy after purchasing a home

Is it a law / rule in CA that you have to wait 5 days after closing occupying a property that you are purchasing?

Whatever you write in your contract will define your occupancy.  Are you asking specifically about a foreclosure sale or some other situation?
