Hi, Lovely area and home, looking at 2141 sq. ft per assessors website, 1981 year built home, 3 br, 2 bath, with one year home warranty offered by the Seller, that is great bec. it will usually cover the appliances. The Stat sheet shows new tile in hall bath, with some rooms repainted recently, some new carpet , and positioned by the 18th hole at the Stonebridge golf course, having 433 days on market could be because they took a very long time to paint and do the carpet.
New paint also on the outside per the Realtor stat sheet.
