Thank you for your responses. However my question was more of a technical one about Zillow itself. It lists plenty of recent sales up to the end of 2010. But it has not loaded any data for 2011. I do keep up with my area by using the local county's website to see recent sales. It would just be nicer to have them all in one place here on Zillow. Also there lack of recent data is giving my listing an inaccurate "Zestimate".

You may be able to find sold properties on your county property appraiser's website.

If you want to get a comprehensive report on what has sold within a certain period of time in a specific area  --- engage the assistance of your local realtor.

That realtor could even discuss with you the current market trends in your city.

There are so many areas where you can also get information about your city beside Zillow (or Trulia for that matter).

Here's a link to take you to ActiveRain where several realtors offer insights and provide information to help both the buyer and the sellers.

Good luck!
