The lot includes quite an assortment of beautiful old growth trees in the front and side yards...some Oaks and Hickorys among others. The North side yard contains about 20 yards of heavily wooded land that borders another acre of so wooded land. We have a fire pit we keep in the wooded area which is enjoyable for gatherings with family and friends.

Yes! This property includes 21 feet of frontage on the Bark River where we have a permanent dock in place. We have a 20 foot deck boat that we keep down at the dock and then navigate up the river to fish and water ski and swim on the sand bar on Lake Nagawicka.
