I see four waterfront properties on the NWMLS, ranging from $780K to $2.7 million. Chelan county has its own MLS, where most of these properties will be listed, but a few owners choose the larger NWMLS (Western Washington generally).
I operate a vacation rental out at the coast and post a lot of ads on Craigslist. I notice that when travelers post ads requesting reservations on a busy holiday, it is almost always Lake Chelan and usually Wapato Point. Rental demand should be good there, if that's your interest.
