Is there any such listing that shows prospective buyers homes where the seller is interested in a land contract?

There are still seller's out there that will consider a land contract. Typically they are not advertised but you could contact an agent and they can look into any listings they may have or make you aware of any that they know of.

Good luck!

not many that really own the property are going to be willing to do that. what happens if you run a drug lab and then just walk away. The clean up and repairs would put them in bankruptcy. Even the " investors" have given up advertising on tv on how to scam possession and control of someone house out of clueless sellers. The whole market is becomig a cash transaction. There are excellent buys if you have the cash.
